Disabilities & How to Get Support
If you are attending the Annual Convention and have a disability or a medical condition you might need help with during the weekend, it’s best to notify the event team in advance.
The Annual Convention team and the venue team will do everything they can to make sure you have a great weekend and make access to the event as easy as possible.
If you have a medical condition you are concerned may cause problems for you over the weekend, please give the event team as much information in advance. If there are any special requirements you might need, let us know before the event so we can make sure everything is in place.
